Learning & Development Associate

This role is responsible for supporting Talent Development activities, specifically corporate L&D programs for our global workforce. This role is the first point of contact for our employees for our L&D programs.

 

Training administration for corporate L&D programs including, but not limited to:

  • Marketing of workshops
  • Participant enrollment and tracking
  • Manage HR’s L&D page via internal learning management system
  • Manage all aspects of new hire orientation (NHO) including periodically facilitate NHO 

The successful candidate must be strong in the following skills:

Written and verbal skills

Project management

Presentation skills

Technical skills

Role requires 2-5 years experience in a training administration or administrative role.

AA or BA preferred.
